You must match all of the 6 numbers to win the jackpot. Tickets sales will close 30 minutes prior to the draw and then reopen afterwards for the next draw that will take place. When you play online try to purchase your tickets at least 3 hours before the draw. You can play online or you can play using a Powerball bet slip that can be found at your nearest national lottery retailer. If you purchase a ticket at your nearest lottery retailers you need to grab a pen or pencil and choose your 5 numbers between 1 to 50 then choose the extra Powerball number between 1 to 20. After you selected your number you make the payment of R5 per board. When you completed these tasks you will receive a ticket with your numbers on and then sign it at the back and you can take a picture of it as proof. You can check the results online and never ever throw away your ticket.
